Voices of Eve - the premiere

We're very excited about this show, which opens on Thursday 7th and Friday 8th at Ellesmere College Arts Centre.

The evening starts with 'Fridge Magnet Syndrome', a compelling monologue written by our patron, Michael Corbidge. We are given a glimpse into the life of a typical middle-aged woman, struggling with the immense changes that have come into her life with the departure from the home of all her children.

The second half is a unique blend of narrative, poetry and song. Polly Bolton and Gill McEvoy have created a spellbinding telling of the lives of three real women from Shropshire's past. It will bring tears to your eyes and a smile to your lips, and the haunting melodies will linger in the memory.

Tickets are available online, by phone 01691 830558, or at the door.

Further performances to follow.
